Do I need to connect Bluetooth?
Not in induction mode. Play audio through your compatible phone’s built-in speaker and align it with the pickup area. Bluetooth is available as a separate listening mode.
Will it work with my phone or tablet?
Induction mode requires a smartphone whose speaker can align with the pickup area. Phone fit and case thickness may affect performance. Use Bluetooth mode with compatible phones or tablets.
Can I pick up my phone while listening?
Use Bluetooth mode when you want to move your phone away from the stand. Induction playback requires the phone’s speaker to remain near the pickup area.
Which edition charges my phone?
Only the Power Bank Edition supports phone charging, using a compatible cable. The Standard edition does not charge phones. Neither edition offers wireless phone charging.
What if induction audio sounds quiet?
Make sure audio is playing through your phone’s speaker rather than headphones or another device. Adjust the phone volume and position. Try removing a thick case if it prevents proper alignment.
Can I turn off the RGB light?
Yes. Use the lighting control to change the light setting or switch it off.
